Return & refund policy



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to Contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return point

  1. Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
  2. Reasons of damage after using is not eligible for return.

Note: Please Contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

Return process

  1. Contact customer service: Contact customer service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
  2. Print the return ship we provide: Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.
  3. Put the return slip into the package and pack property: Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
  4. Ship it back to us: We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.

Note: Don't forget to keep proof of return or tracking number. It will protect you if there are issues with your return.

Damage issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund issues

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

By default, a refund goes to your original funding source. If we can't refund to original source. Customers require to provide a PayPal account and we will refund be issued.

How returns work

Contact us through the contact form on our website and attach the invoice to the message as a proof of purchase. And please also write the reason for return.

We will then get back to you within 3 working days with information on where to send the product(s).

Once we have received the product(s) and made an inspection we will inform you of our decision within 3 working days.

If a refund is approved we will automatically credit the purchase to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.
