After Sale

I. Return and refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information, please refer to the Return & refund policy.

II. Track my package

Customers can track order in user center. If you don't log in, please Sign-up first. The tracking number will comes out in 2-4 days after ordering an item.

III. Change shipping address/ items

Customers can change a shipping address or an item after ordering in 1-3 days. We can help you to change it, If you need help. Contact us directly.

IV. Cancel the order

We don't set up a cancel button yet. We are working on it. After that, customers can cancel their order by logging into your account and visiting the [My Orders] page and clicking the cancel order button.

For now, customers can Contact us to cancel the order. By the way, orders are unable to be canceled once they have been shipped. (We usually package it in 1-3 days)

V. About order status

You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the orders status.(Sign-up) Before a shipping number comes out, customers see the info which is shipping number come out in 1-3 days. And then, it will be changed to a shipping number and can track available.

We usually send an email notifications to you when a shipping number comes out. If you don't get your dispatch email (don't forget to check those junk folders), please Contact us. We will help you figure it out in 24 hrs.

VI. Missing parts or quality problem

Contact us with a description of the issue and also attach images that clearly show us broken items or missing parts.

VII. Tracking number not working

If your tracking number doesn't work, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received.

For COVID-19 outbreak, the couriers and trucks are very limited which has delayed the processing a lot. Please allow up to 5 working days for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier.

Pre Sale

I. Warranty policy

We promise to repair or replace any KILLABEE chairs that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase. For more information, please refer to the Warranty policy page.

In warranty, we can send a replacement to customers for free. The delivery time could be 15-22 days, it base on our warehouse. Sometimes would-be ship from China.

II. About items(functions, shipping time, etc.)

Please check the page for full details. We made full product descriptions and delivery time is displayed on every items page.

III. About payment issues

We accept Paypal and Credit card now. We are going to open Apple pay, Google pay, and so on. Let us look forward to it.

IV. About shipping methods

UPS and FedEx are our shipping partners. Details on shipping methods are in our Shipping policy.
